You can use cash or credit cards to buy books presented by the publishers in Room 13, 105 boulevard Raspail. (Otherwise, in Paris you may use cash as well as your credit cards for other purchases).
On the 24th of July the first step to take is to register. The registration desk opens at 9:30 and is located in the hall of the 54 boulevard Raspail (Paris 6).
This is where you will be given the conference program and your badges once your registration status has been checked by our staff.
Please note that you must keep your badges on you at all times during the conference, or you will not have access to the buildings where panels take place.
You will also have access to a complimentary breakfast and the exhibition on Portrait Dravida. A Century of Studio Photography, in the hall of the 54 boulevard Raspail, behind the
registration desk.
We (the CEIAS, host of the conference) are not allowed to accept cash as a form of payment for the registration. Only credit cards are accepted.

We do not have a luggage space available to keep your luggage or bags. Please leave them at your place of accommodation.
You may come and pick up your lunches (a drink, a sandwhich, and a dessert) at 96 boulevard Raspail, Room des artistes (ground floor), on Wednesday 25th of July, between 12:30 and 13:30, and on Thursday 26th of July, between 12:15 and 13:15.
All rooms are equipped with a video projector, however we cannot provide laptops, so please bring your own, or talk with your panel convenors to know if they are bringing theirs.
Make sure that your laptops have VGA port.
If you have a Mac, please bring your own adaptor (we cannot guarantee them).
To Non-European participants: you are advised to bring an adapter plug for European outlet.

Orlyval is a driverless light rail transit line that connects Orly airports with the Antony RER station.

The Paris Transport pass is valid for 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days in zones 1 to 3 (close suburbs) or in zones 1 to 5 (note that zone 6 is also included) (included airports CDG/Orly and Versailles) at adult and child prices** (from 4 to 11 inclusive).
Depending on which zones you select, Paris Transport allows you to travel on: - metro lines - RER lines (RATP and SNCF) -
Ile-de-France bus lines (RATP and OPTILE), except those circulating on Jetbus, Allobus Roissy CDG, tourist excursion and Air France networks - the Montmartre funicular.
